Precision molded, one-piece, thermoplastic body (glass reinforced nylon) pulleys offer these
advantages over two piece, metal pulleys.

• Lower coefficient of friction reduces wear, increases belt life, lowers maintenance costs.
• Thermoplastic resists oils, solvents, many acids, and is fully corrosion resistant.
• One piece, molded construction pulleys are immune to rivet fatigue and separation that is often found in two piece metal pulleys.
• Pulleys are precision molded concentrically around bearings, +/- 0.007 T.I.R.
• All bearings are sealed A.B.E.C.-1 with sintered metal hubs.

For special applications, stainless steel bearings with Viton seals are available upon request.
